Hello Startouch Neighbors! A bear has been recently spotted in our neighborhood. It knocked down bird feeders and turned over trash cans while foraging for food. Additionally, a mother bear and her two cubs were also seen near Southpointe, just a couple miles from here.

When-
Spring yard cleanup season is upon us. The first bin has been delivered and is located in the guest parking area beside 657. The bins will remain for approximately 30 days, or until full. Bins are for private homeowner use, and for yard waste only (trees, bushes, grass, leaves... no trash or junk items).
Yard debris should be placed in the bins by filling up the front end first and cutting trees and shrubs to ensure there is little open space in the dumpster that cannot be used.
