Edgewood Mountain II is a Class I planned community, we are called The Edgewood Mountain II Homeowners Association and are registered with the State of Oregon as a non‑profit corporation, mutual benefit with members. Each property is on a circular lot, with common area owned by the Association. The Association is governed by an elected Board of Directors and an appointed Architectural Committee. The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions ("CC&Rs") were updated and amended in 2003 and 2008. The Association bylaws were amended in 2004. The Association has an annual meeting, generally in April, and the Board of Directors meets quarterly.
