Southwest Hills Neighborhood Association (SHiNA) provides a way to influence what happens in our neighborhood and in the city as a whole!
Active since 1974, the Southwest Hills Neighborhood Association (SHiNA), is 1 of 23 chartered Eugene neighborhood organizations approved by the City Council, it is not a Home Owners Association (HOA). Membership is free and if you reside or own property within the SHiNA boundaries, you are automatically a member. Funding for SHiNA is through the City of Eugene and SHiNA fundraisers. The City requires that the SHiNA Newsletters be sent to all members within the boundaries. As of July 2021 the address count was 3,742.
